My drawers did arrive. And they were the right size.
I was able to get a handyman to install them for me and finally my kitchen was put back together. I cannot thank Kalyn and Kelly from American Woodmark enough. They took the time to go back and look at my original order (which was 18 years old) and figure out the correct size. I love my cabinets and their product is good.
I can honestly say that my experience with them - even though it took several months to get it right - was pretty helpful and most everyone I spoke with from the manufacturer tried to be helpful. My issue has been resolve and I am a happy customer.

On 5/13/21 I was contacted by American Woodmark and their representative seemed to have an understanding of my issue. She has ordered (what I believe to be) the correct parts which are tentatively scheduled to ship 5/21/21. I am waiting to see if the correct parts arrive.

In January of this year the drawer slides for 3 of my cabinet drawers broke. I was unable to find replacements on any website.
On 2/24/21 I spoke with your customer service and explained the situation.
I was told they would ship replacements. Conf#KP3639****. I received the replacements but they don't work with my drawers.
On 3/10/21 I spoke with "Mary" in your customer service department who said you had had upgraded the brackets and she would send replacement drawers. Conf #KP3680****.
The drawers arrived but they are too big and the wrong style.
On 3/25/21 I spoke with "Corin" who said yes, the wrong drawers had been shipped and that he would ship the correct ones. Conf#KP3726****. Those drawers never arrived.
On 4/15/21 I spoke with "Crystal" who said she could find the confirmation number but it hadn't been activated. She "reached out" to Corin and she told me Corin would get back to me.
He did not.
On 5/4/21 I spoke with "Douglas" and again explained the situation. I am more than willing to pay for parts that will work with my cabinets. He said he would get back to me "probably by the end of the day". He did not.
On 5/10/21 I went to the Home Depot #0410 in Tucson, AZ.
In their usual unhelpful manner, they said they didn't have the parts. They did agree to contact the American Woodmark rep - who was on vacation. The did find his backup and sent an e-mail to "Chrissy" cbradberry@***.com. and said she would get back to me.
He listed my address, my phone number and my e-mail. I am not holding my breath.
Please, the cabinet drawers have been sitting in my living room for 5 months. I am not in a position to remodel my entire kitchen.
ALL I NEED ARE BRACKETS THAT WILL HOLD MY DRAWERS UP!!!!!!!! style haad been Conf#3680****.
User's recommendation: Just hope you don't need customer service.
